How do change the Payment Amounts for an account?
You may specify the payment amount for each individual account by updating the value shown in the text-box in the corresponding Payment Amount columns (ie: Delinquent Payment Amount, Current Payment Amount, or Escrow Payment Amount).

After making any changes, you must click the "Update Cart" button to make sure your changes are saved.
Both the "Update Cart" and the "Pay Taxes Now" button are disabled. What do I do?
If errors were detected in the Payment Amounts in your Shopping Cart, then the "Update Cart" button will be disabled until you make some changes to your Cart. Once you change the values in one of the payment amounts, then "Update Cart" button will become enabled, allowing you to save your changes.

The "Pay Taxes Now" button is not available until you can successfully Save/Update your Shopping Cart without any error messages returned. Once you have successfully saved your Cart, the "Pay Taxes Now" button will become enabled, allowing you to continue to the next Step.

NOTE: If you make any changes to the Payment Amounts on this screen, the "Pay Taxes Now" button will automatically become disabled, requiring you to save your changes by clicking the "Update Cart" button.
How do I post a payment for these accounts?
After you are satisfied with the payment amounts entered in the Shopping Cart screen, simply click the "Pay Taxes Now" button. This will display a Confirmation screen that requires you to review the payment amounts, prior to proceeding.

If you need to make any changes from the "Review Your Payment" screen, simply click the "Cancel" button to return to the Shopping Cart screen to make your changes.

When you are ready to post a payment, you may click the "Pay By Credit Card" or the "Pay By Check" button, which will direct you to our secure Payment Processor.
How do remove an account from my Shopping Cart?
You may remove one or more accounts from your Shopping Cart by clicking on the check-box next to the account you wish to remove, then click on the "Update Cart" button. This will remove the selected accounts from your Cart.
What is the Escrow Payment?
If a given account is fully paid off, and you have added it to your Shopping Cart, then you have the option to post a payment to that account, as an Escrow Payment.

If there is a balance on the given account, then the Escrow Payment option is not available for that account.
How do I view more details about an account in my Shopping Cart?
You may view a summary of the Taxes due for a given account, by clicking on the account number link, shown in the "Account Number" column. This will display a small popup window showing the balance details for the given account.

Shopping Cart

There are no items in your Shopping Cart. If you recently had added accounts to your Shopping Cart, then your session may have expired due to inactivity. After 30 minutes of inactivity, your browser session will expire, causing your Shopping Cart to be cleared.

To add items to your Cart, please return to the Search Results page and choose one or more Accounts to be added to your Cart.

Once you have added some Accounts to your Cart, you will be able to post payments to all of the Accounts in your Cart, with only a single payment transaction.
